TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

Queen Bee Bundles (hereinafter “Company” or “Queen Bee Bundles”) will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy, or curly pattern, the color will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please be forewarned, if you are dissatisfied with the color or texture, we will exchange your purchase one time only. You may request a prepaid label to send back your hair, and we will do our best to meet your request based on the inventory on hand. If you are still dissatisfied with the color or texture of your purchase, any future exchanges must be done at your expense.

Please Note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Refunds will be permitted.


For the COMPANY HAIRCARE COLLECTION, all sales are final. There are no returns or

exchanges permitted.

PAYMENT TERMS

​

Terms of payment are that the full and entire payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items, and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without canceling your order. If your order is canceled, your bank will typically hold the authorized funds from between 3 to 5 business days. Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be sure your order information is accurate.

FRAUD AND THEFT

​

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, a representative will contact you promptly after your order has been placed.

​

PAYMENT OPTIONS

​

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, Gift Cards, and PayPal. We do not ship COD.

ONLINE ORDERING AND PAYMENT SAFETY

​

Credit cards are authorized and charged at the time of order placement. We process all of our orders using a Secure Server to protect your privacy and security. To ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure, our site is designed to use 128–bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This encryption keeps your personal information, including your credit card, secure. Company does NOT keep credit card information on record.

ORDER PROCESSING

​

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Eastern Standard Time) except for these U.S. holidays: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (Fourth of July), Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas. All orders received before 4:00 pm are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped promptly on Monday unless it is a holiday. We require at least 24 hours to process your order and have it ready for shipment. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

​

If any product is out of stock, unavailable, or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable, you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

​

Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

ORDER LIMITATIONS/LIMITED QUANTITIES

​

Company, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason.

If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you registered with on our site.

SALES TAX POLICY


Company, collects and remits sales tax as required by U.S. 6% Virginia Sales Tax applies to all

orders shipped to the state of Virginia. Sales tax are based on full price.

 

RETURN POLICY

​

At Queen Bee Bundles we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our factory. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

EXCHANGES

​

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. If you have received any product that is incorrect or unwanted, you must contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you feel you have received a defective item(s), you must contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any exchange request after 7 calendar days will not be honored.

​

A customer service Representative will provide you with mailing instructions for the return of ALL of the product in question. Customers will be responsible for paying costs associated with returning the item to Company. No refunds will be permitted.

​

We will not accept any returned merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft, or processed) in any way. Merchandise must be returned in its original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. According to Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the security sealed bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Note that perming, coloring or rinsing, lifting, cutting the hair off the weft, or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.

Any merchandise that is received without its security seal will be returned to the client without an exchange of product.

 

If an incorrect product was sent to you, we will send you a return label for the merchandise you received. Once we have received it back, we will send an immediate replacement.

​

Once your product has been received, it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition, it will be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. Company will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer via ground shipping. No refunds will be permitted.

Shipping Delays

​

For your convenience, it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment, or other engagement, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner UPS. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust UPS to deliver your package on time. Shipping to PO Boxes: Please note that UPS DOES NOT SHIP to PO Boxes. If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the Shipping section, we will contact you to choose an alternate address and, if required, submit your order to payment review.

Make sure to also enter the correct shipping address (street number and name, city, state, and zip code) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly.

All orders MUST BE received with any necessary supporting documents and approved for fulfillment, including approval from our payment processing company to ship the order, before 4:00 pm in order to be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped within 7 business days unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order

placement. NOTE: IN TIMES OF HIGH VOLUME OR DURING LARGE SALES, ORDER PROCESSING CAN ADD 1-3 DAYS TO THE DELIVERY TIME.

We do not ship internationally.

Signing for your shipment: A signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered. It is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust UPS to deliver your package on time. Transit Times: Please visit UPS’ website to determine transit times for Ground Shipping to your shipping address. Please note that these times are not guaranteed. For guaranteed delivery, please choose another shipping method.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

​

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via UPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information

possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent, you will be assessed a fee between $13.40 to $19.40 UPS charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

​

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

​

Not all Shipping Methods are available for all shipping addresses. Refer to the Shipping details above for available Shipping Methods for your address. All orders containing Hazardous Materials have restrictions. See below for details.

​

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

​

Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals).

​

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses.

​

All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping and cannot be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO / FPO addresses.

ADDRESS CHANGE

​

Address Change/Update Policy. Any address change request made via e-mail or phone after the order has been processed and during transit via UPS will be charged between $13.40 to $19.40 automatically upon customer's request to change or update address.

​

LOST SHIPMENTS

​

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit, please call us immediately at 1-844-QUEENB2. We will contact UPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. They will complete the investigation within 7 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent

Lost or Stolen Packages

Company will not be responsible for stolen packages after the merchandise has been confirmed to have delivered according to our tracking system. We will do our best to inquire UPS to help you assist in retrieving your package. If the package was left by UPS and you do not have your package, please contact us immediately for us to start an investigation with UPS. They will complete the investigation within 7 business days. We will reship the package at this point by requiring signature for the replacement. Company will not reship any replacement package without the completed investigation by UPS

 

Risk Of Loss

Company makes every effort possible to prepare and ship out items in a timely manner. Once item(s) leave our warehouse, risk of loss is passed on to the purchaser and we cannot be held responsible for any items that have yet to arrive in customers’ possession. We will be glad to prepare a case with the UPS in order to have them investigate where the item is. The UPS will then contact customer and will do its best to resolve the situation. We cannot be held responsible and will not be able to refund or send a replacement due to loss, stolen packages, or late arrivals.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The products on this website are provided on an “AS IS’ basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Company does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, and specifically excludes liability for products sold herein that are manufactured or produced by third parties, or the provision of services and support. Company will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Company is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the website unless given our express written permission to do so. All other trademarks, product names and company names, or logos cited within this website are the property of the respective owners.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

​

Any purchases made at promotional events, in-store events, and online at Company using any Promotional (Promo) Codes, or any other discounting method provided by Company, LLC may be exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase but may not be returned for a refund. Items purchased on sale may be returned during the 7 calendar days and the sale promotion may be applied to the exchanged item if applicable.

For example, if the sale was on any length of certain marketed collection and the customer wants to exchange it for another length of the same marketed collection, they can get the sale price for the exchanged item. If they request to exchange the marketed collection hair for a different collection, the discount will not apply. Any purchases made at trade shows, or received as prizes, or for compensatory purposes are not permitted.

PRIZES AND COMPENSATION

​

Returns, replacements, and exchanges are not permitted on products acquired by the client through a promotional contest or event. Hair acquired through a compensation contract from any Company department is also not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange.

No sale is final until approved by Company. Company reserves the right to withhold approval at its sole discretion.

PROGRAMS

​

Company reserves the right to cancel or change any program without notice at any time.
